Account Verification (KYC): pojok may require Players to complete identity verification at any stage. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identity document, proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
pojok reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.
The pojok platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) through the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. pojok reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
